We usually dispatch the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) however please contact our customer service team here and if it has not left the warehouse we can absolutely change your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia and New Zealand. Please read all of our shipping details here.

Is your shipping eco-friendly?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, our satchels are made from a degradable plastic and designed to be recycled. It is also designed to be re-used should you need a return satchel.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping at a minimum flat rate of AUD $25. Orders surpassing this amount will receive a freight quote. Delivery times are approximately 10-15 days after despatch.

We accept all Credit Cards, EFTPOS, Poli, Afterpay, Klarna, Openpay, Zippay and Paypal.

What if my item is out of stock?

No need to worry, we offer pre-order on most out of stock items listed with an estimated delivery date. We will allocate the stock to you, once your order has been placed and payment is made. We require payment for pre-order items at time of purchase.
